We’re organizing an open style boulder competition on 22.2.2025 Saturday at our 24/7 Boulder (opposite main hall). There will be a men`s and women´s series. There’s no age limit for entering if youths are interested. There will be a qualification round where everyone climbs together. The top 6 from both series will get to compete in the finals. During the qualification round you can try the routes as many times as you can during the competition time. The finalists will be decided by the amount of tops and attempts. We will update more info on the competition rules as we get closer to the event.

We’ve currently got Niklas Wiechmann who’s been a big influencer in bringing “modern” climbing to climbing centers and has been setting for over 20 years + local professionals from Asetus team to conjure the competition routes!

The 24/7 Boulder will be closed during 19.-22.2. because of the competition setting. The door links will be out of use during this time. The links will be back in use after the competition is over. The boulder will have the finals routes and possibly some qualification routes for you to climb on Sunday. We will start setting new routes on Monday morning from 8.00 onwards. The main hall facilities are in use as usual during the week according to our opening hours.

Price 35 € (yearly members 25 €). Price includes the competition fee and ticket to the after party in our main hall. There will be some snacks on offer and possibility to go to sauna and the roof terrace hot tub.

11.30 route viewing and recap on qualification rules at 24/7 Boulder

15.45 the 24/7 Boulder closes for the duration of finals route setting.
18.00 finalists are guided to the quarantine from main hall
18.15 finalists presentation and route viewing
18.30 finals start
Award ceremony and after party when the finals are over.

If you’re not interested in competing, but would like to join the after party, you can buy an after party ticket for 10 €. Ticket can be bought until 17.30 on 22.2.

On Wed 19.2. and on the competition day 22.2. we will have need of a few volunteers. On Wednesday well need help with taking down the old routes, washing the holds and organizing them for the route setters. On competition day we’ll need a couple people with first-aid or medical background to supervise the qualification and finals incase of injuries. After the qualification round we’ll need a couple volunteers to help with taking down the qualification routes. During the finals we’ll need a few volunteers to help with judging and with supervising the quarantine area. Just contact us if you’re interested!
