We’re organizing an open style boulder competition on 14.2.2026 Saturday at our 24/7 Boulder (opposite main hall). There will be a men`s and women´s series. There’s no age limit for entering if youths are interested. There will be a qualification round with about 30 routes. The qualification is climbed in two starts so the routes are less crowded and more people can join. Everyone climbs on the same routes. The amount of routes will allow for a wider range of styles for different level of climbers. The top 6 from both series will get to compete in the finals.
The finalists will be settled by who gets the most 1. tops, 2. zones and 3. flashes. During the qualification round you can try the routes as many times as you can during the competition time. We’ll give you a paper score card when you sign up at our front desk. Mark your climbs and tries to this score card and return it to competition staff after you’re done. The score card will be used to resolve tie situations if necessary. The final result will be entered through a qr-code with your phone.
The finals round will have 4 routes for both series. Each climber has 4 min to try each route. After everyone has had their attempt at a route, you’ll get to try the next route. While you wait for your turn, you’ll be in a separate quarantine area next to the walls. The winner will be decided with most tops and zones. In a tie situation, it will come down to attempts. Top 3 from both categories will receive a prize. We’ll also give out some smaller prizes among the participants.
24/7 Boulder will be closed during 11.-14.2. because of the competition setting. The door links will be out of use during this time. The links will be back in use after the competition is over. The boulder will have the finals routes and possibly some qualification routes for you to climb on Sunday. We will start setting new routes on Monday morning. The main hall facilities are in use as usual during the week according to our opening hours.
